Mike Steele

Mike Steele (b. 1987) is from Cleveland, OH and currently is rooted in Ann Arbor, MI with his partner, Nina & a hoard of pets - including a particularly funky whippet dog, Ella & his fat cat, Miss Marple.

Mike an aspirational tattoo artist and illustrator - his drawings are inspired by the traditional Japanese artwork / southwest iconography (from roadkill to big foot theorists) pulled from his late & loved grandparents home in Patagonia, Arizona, combined with a severe kinship for all things strange & unusual. Drawing has served as a creative outlet for him since his childhood.
